Did you know 10/10 is also World Mental Health Day?🌱⁣

Besides working on my body, working on⁣
my mental well-being is equally important. I’ve fallen victim to anxiety be it due to work or personal matters and learning how to manage it can be challenging.⁣

For me, yoga sessions help to keep my mind focused in a good way - if I lose focus and find myself having negative thoughts, I’ll lose balance for that pose.⁣

@fitbitsg also has the Relax feature, where I can choose to engage in 2-5mins of guided breathing sessions 😌 Deep breathing has been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce stress and lessen anxiety.⁣

Take a moment to be mindful today - take some alone time, unwind with some music or simply step away from the screen for awhile.⁣
